PAST PROJECTS
HOW WE GATHER
PIContheNET 2020
In collaboration with the Festival Players of Prince Edward County and in partnership with The Regent Theatre and The ROC, we led a group of local youth through a three-week digital play incubation experience. Using current events and the state of the world as provocations, we collaboratively wrote, designed, and directed this original piece, which was performed online in August 2020.
THE KEEPERS
PICinPEC 2019
In collaboration with the Festival Players of Prince Edward County and Wellington Water Week, we led a group of local youth through a two-week play incubation experience. Using the County and the theme of water as provocations, we collaboratively wrote, designed, and directed this original piece, which was performed at the Studio Theatre in August 2019.
DEVISING IN EDUCATION SETTINGS
Collaborative projects in schools
In our capacity as educators, we have led numerous devising projects in schools with students across elementary and secondary grades. These interdisciplinary collaborations are long-term experiences spanning a term or a full year that immerse students in all elements of the production process. Catalysts have ranged from current events to book adaptations.
